Recently we made some upgrades to the back end of our website in order to increase security and also improve functionality. However, during this time we were made aware of an issue that may have impacted some users ability to completely fill out and submit our “Get Fiber” form when choosing the “Paperless Billing” option. The issue revolved around an incorrect value in the form that after being submitted would present a 403 Forbidden request.
If you have signed the fiber form within the last 7 days and chose the “Paperless Billing” option – we likely did not receive your request for service. Please call our office at (618)736-2901 and we will assist you in getting signed up. We apologize for any inconvenience.
