Futiva Hosted Communications provides unified communications services to you based on rates set forth in the relevant Service Addendum.
Effective November 1, 2015, the following rate changes will take effect:
Terminating calls to Alaska and Hawaii from the lower U.S. 48 states will be rated on the State Code.
- Calls to Alaska landline and mobile numbers will be charged a $0.06/minute rate
- Calls to Hawaii landline and mobile numbers will be charged a $0.03/minute rate
Outbound calls by customers located in Alaska or Hawaii will be rated as follows:
- Local calling for these customers will remain unlimited at no charge
- Intrastate calls within Alaska will be charged a $0.10/minute rate
- Intrastate calls within Hawaii will be charged a $0.03/minute rate
- Long distance calls to US 48 will remain unlimited at no charge
Please note that toll free calls for all US customers including Alaska and Hawaii will remain at the rates below:
- Toll free calls from US 48 states will be charged a $0.02/minute rate
- Toll free calls from Alaska landlines will be charged a $0.06/minute rate
- Toll free calls from Alaska mobile numbers will be charged a $0.08/minute rate
- Toll free calls from Hawaii landlines will be charged a $0.03/minute rate
- Toll free calls from Hawaii mobile numbers will be charged a $0.06/minute rate
