What to expect next:
In the coming days a Futiva representative will contact you to discuss your sign up form and verify that service is available to your location. If service is available, they will require your Social Security Number to perform a credit check. Once complete our representative will then collect the $100 activation fee and finalize your service order. After completing this process you’re all set until our construction is completed, at which time you will then be contacted to schedule an install date.
